Can you add the code for changing pages that is located in the top right to the bottom right of the templates? It's an easy fix. I just get tired of reading posts all the way to the bottom and then having to scroll back up to the top to go to the next page.
All you have to do is copy the code in the page template (can't remember which template name exactly) and place it at the bottom for the different styles and you're done.
