I doubt it comes with the DirectTV Now streaming service, but you can purchase the stand alone NFL Sunday Ticket Streaming service. I don't know if they would be willing to give you any type of discount, I doubt it.

It is available for DTV Now, but only at full price.
I have DTV Now and I got streaming Sunday Ticket to try it out.
It streamed very well.
Stinks you only get one login at a time, because I like to have it on in the living room and kitchen when grabbing food/beer, but I can live with it.
You still go to Sunday Ticket and then you log in with your DTV Now info.
