Suns intrested in Marcus Banks.

I've heard alot of teams are starting to take a sniff of him now.

Rockets, Heat and Suns are the only teams that I know that are supposly very interested in signing him.

So he is good at pressuring the ball.. He still gets abused by the bigger PG's in the league and he can't shoot a lick..

What does that have to do with his defense? And how does that make him a fit for the suns?
 
Marcus Banks sucks..

He doesn't do anything particularly well, he's never really taken well to PG in the pro game, his court vision is downright horrible thus he struggles distributing the ball. He's damn fast though, for whatever that's worth.

he improved leaps and bounds when he went to Minny. He was probably the Wolves' second best player last year, and carried the team a lot of times. In Boston he never really got a chance since he was always playing 2nd fiddle Kenny Anderson,Mike James,Chucky Atkins,Delonte West,Gary Payton.

I think he's perfect for Phoenix. bring some toughness, and backup Nash so Barbosa can play the 2.

Agreed. After the deal Banks slowly became a factor despite the insistance that he share time with marko jaric desite the fact he clearly outplayed him on both ends of the court. Banks isnt overly great at anything but he did come through with some very nice games during the 2nd half of the season.
12ppg and 4.7 ast in about 30 min a night in minny.

I can't speak for his performance in Minnesota, but during his time in Boston he was downright terrible. He never improved from the moment he was drafted out of UNLV and he had a bad attitude to boot.

wow he had great games with minny coming off the bench puting down 20+ points.He is underrated and a nice fit for the suns.Its true he wasnt that great in Boston but when he played in minny he did great.
