Personally, I would try to find somewhere that has the Eagles a bit higher than 4-1 to put a few sheckles on them.
That extra pick that they have in the Feeley deal could put them over the top. If they add a RB AND a WR with their first two picks I think that they will win it all.

Plus they have an extra third due to the extra pick given to them by the NFL for Free Agency losses.

On the 40-1 odds. You guys sure you aren't looking at that wrong? Perhaps that is for us to make the playoffs or even win the AFC Championship. Like I said, I was just in Vegas last week ( winning money on the NCAA :) ) and four different sportsbooks I went too had them at 125-1.

Sportsbook actually has Miami at 100-1 right now. I only saw cleveland at 200-1 as worse although i don't remember what they had the niners at.
