No
Let's not forget that of the teams the Fins beat these were included: Titans, Bills, Raiders, Backup-Patsies, Jets, Saints.
Also, despite some problems at LB and DBs they remained relatively healthy whih is not a given in today's NFL. Just look at the Eagles.
They still have many holes, they need a tackle, an interior OL, another WR, LB, DT, CB (plenty of) and S. Oh, a QB of course. As the salary cap will increase this year there are plenty of teams with lots of money under the salary cap, so good FAs will cost a lot. And Miami is only 25 Mio under if they release lots of their current players. Releasing Madison, Seau, TJones and Howard will not help alone. And for every released player you need a capable replacement. If you release e.g. McIntosh you will need somebody to replace him which is at least like him: solid, but not spectacular. You won't sign these for 1 mio/year as a LT.
Therefore I am excited what Saban has already achieved, but SuperBowl is out of question. Even with all possible improvement I can not see the Fins being at the same level as today's Colts, Seahawks or Bengals (which BTW are already 20 mio under the cap) in one year
