which do u guys think is better for the team a superstar recovering from surgeries or a little less talented player but healthy?

nicely put wade similar to my thoughts. I was thinking you dont want to many injury risks on the roster. maybe one or two

It depends. What kind of surgury is the team superstar recovering from? I think I would take C-Pep recovering from what he's recovering from than any of the QBs we've had last year.

if a RB has a shoulder problem then who cares...but if a QB has a shoulder problem then it's an issue... It depends on the injury and the position...

Not only referring to c-pep ,by the way i like that move also, but any players we are currently looking at or will look at. I would also like to add i think Saban does an excellent job blending young health with veteran risks so i am not to worried.

when it comes down to players like Will Poole then i guess ill take the superstar to be recovering from an injury.

How so? A Shoulder surgery on your throwing shoulder would seem more severe to me.

A knee injury that a RB has recovered from in the NFL (Willis McGahee) seems like a better gamble. In fact Mcgahee injury was worse than C-Pep.

Yeah I use that to bring myself comfort.

Silly thread, too many unanswered variables, depends on severity of injury vs. depth of talent.

Culpeppers running might be affected by it but he hasn't lost armstrenght or precision I would beleive. I really think all the worrying about him is getting a bit tiresome. He is ahead of pace on his recovery and is happy to be home which will motivate him even more. Relax and don't worry is my advise.
