This threads is for predictions that no one will see coming. Players that jump a round or drop dramatically. Teams that draft players no one is expecting. Anything that is at least semi unpredictable. **** it, any predictions are cool!

I'll start.

Byron Jones will get drafted by the Vikings.
Kevin white will go ahead of Cooper to the raiders.
Peat is the 1st tackle drafted.
Someone will trade up for Mariota.

Dolphins will trade down and land either Parker or Johnson. If not they trade up for white!

Dupree goes top 10.
Darby falls to the third rnd. Pj Williams falls past him.
Pats draft a DT or linebacker 1st rnd.
Owa goes top 20.
Jets draft a edge rusher.
DGB goes top 20
Shelton falls to rnd 2
Malcom brown is a top 3 DT drafted.
Hundley and petty don't go until 3rd rnd.
Dorsett either goes 1st rnd or is the 1st WR taken in the 2nd.
Chiefs draft Jalean Strong.

More to come.

Jaelen Strong falls to the 2nd round.

Dolphins draft Todd Gurley in the 1st.

I hope you are correct. Been banging the table for Gurley from the get go. The guy is unbelievable..and he's only 20 years old. Him and Miller might just give us the best running game in the NFL.
Gurley is a top 5 back by year 2..and maybe as early as this year.

Dolphins take Todd Gurley and Phillip Dorsett in the second! :chuckle: would be nice though

Two playmakers, in the first two rounds, regardless of who they are would be an awesome change.

I'd be amazed if we drafted Gurley in the 1st.

I dont think tannenbaum minds firing the whole staff so he can rebuild it next year, but I also don't think he would sabotage them by drafting an injured RB in the 1st.

Might have to agree to disagree on this one. Drafting Gurley might just save the entire staff as we ride him to the playoffs

No linebacker? I'm still amazed how some people think we need a TE more than we need a linebacker on this team.

yes..... please please.... i've been saying this since January.... please dont use any picks on a TE this year at all!!!

I agree it's a bigger need but I mean if you are waiting until the 7th round it doesn't really matter just take the highest ranked player you have. It's not like we would be expecting a 7th round LB to come in and play.

No but we sure as heck could use him on special teams when we only have 5 linebackers. A 7th round LB has a better chance of making this team than a 7th round TE that's for sure...especially with Cameron, Sims and Lynch already ahead of him on the depth chart.

Not to mention a raw soon to be 28 year old tight end...sifrin would be 30 before he helped you

First surprise could be at #1 overall when the Bucs take Marcus Mariota. Of course, the surprise at #1 overall could also come in the form of a trade that nets Philip Rivers to the Buccaneers. From there, all hell could break loose over Jameis Winston.

Second surprise could be Kevin White slipping to within striking distance of Miami for a potential trade-up. I don't know that they'll actually execute that trade up but I can imagine it happening. I could also imagine him being available at 14 overall.

The Dolphins are onto Todd Gurley. There are too many moving parts when you're picking 14th overall and the guy in charge is a trade fanatic, so you can't just sit here and say that's who they pick, but they like Gurley.

I don't know if Andrus Peat being the first true offensive tackle taken should be considered much of a surprise.

Chiefs could definitely draft Dorial Green-Beckham in the 1st round.

Bryce Petty could go above Brett Hundley.

Jay Ajayi might be in for a draft weekend slide.

Jaelen Strong's wrist could lead him to slide. Nelson Agholor and Devin Smith could both go 1st round instead.

Randy Gregory could fall out of the 1st round altogether.

Malcom Brown could easily go above Danny Shelton.

Stephone Anthony could sneak into the 1st round, paying particular attention to the New England Patriots pick at #32 overall.

Marcus Peters will fall into Day 2, and may keep falling.

6 ol will go in round 1. Teams will reach for ol with the lack of good ol in the league. If you wanted names I'll say Peat, Scherff, Collins, Flowers, Humphries, and Fisher.

Garrett Grayson could sneak into round 1
