Surtain and the draft

If Miami gets Kansas Citys second round pick for Patrick Surtain? wouldn't we be better off keepin the second overall pick and taking, in a lot of scouts mind the best player in the draft, Ronnie Brown????:confused:

It will depend on if Saban wants a WR or QB with the 2nd pick.

no if we get the second rounder we have a little breathing room to trade down because depending on how far we trade down we will end up getting one of the big 3 or we go with another position in the 1st round, we get Marion Barber or C4 in the second

i agree... unless we get some crazy draft offers..... should make for some great entertainment on draft day

I would love Barber or Arrington I think they have almost as much potential as the top 3 and Barber has virtually no downside while the top 3 all have some ??? Barber its almost flawless, just not as much upside.
