First off, we are at home. That's a welcome situation after a tumultuous 3 games roadie.

There are 2 ways of thinking about Romo. Either he comes back rested and lights us up or he is rusty and ineffective. I would not mind an in between there, just being average, but we win the game.

I just need our offense to score 17 points and our defense to drop Romo very often. With a 17-13 victory, I'd be happy. We need to win 2 in a row here.

We have scored 17 or fewer points in 5 of our 9 games. We need to do better than that. Don't think 17 is going to be enough in this game.

I like our chances in this game. It's true that they were 2-0 with Romo and 7-0 without Romo, but lost in the shuffle is that the Cowboys defense has been bad and that they've managed to lose a couple of games in that stretch in which their QBs actually played really well.

This is only the second home game for Dan Campbell, by the way.

Romo in any capacity is 3x better than Cassel/Weeden. Our D line really needs to step up and not get bullied by their O line

If we can stop the silly mistakes we seem to keep making, and play a solid fundamental game, then we can absolutely win. A few hits on Romo should remind him of his injury. McCain and OV need to show him some love. And if Suh gives us another game like that against the Eagles, our d-line will have a great impact. Witten will be a problem, just like any TE we play is.
I'm not too knowledgeable on the Cowboys defense. I'm hoping for a solid, balanced offensive attack from our O. Stills is coming on strong, Landry is awesome Landry and Miller and Ajayi are proving to be a successful duo.

Thank you for reminding everyone of that. 3-2 with 4 road games and the 2 losses to very tough competition in very tough conditions is genuinely impressive.

As for the Cowboys game, a fraction of Romo still tops anything you're going to see from Cassel. We're probably going to have some trouble with that offense. The Cowboys have a lot of injuries particularly amongst their LBs. I would love to see us dominate in the run game and dominate time of possession. This should be a game for Lamar and Ajayi to shine.

Based on what I have seen from Cowboys, it should be very simple. If we do not run the ball frequently and attack the intermediate area in the middle of the field with our passing game, Bill Lazor should be fired immediately. As you said, their linebackers are really struggling in the bit I've seen of them the last couple of weeks.

I have always hated the criticism of coaches on the grounds that they 'try to be the smartest guy in the room.' I've always thought that is a lazy criticism and that coaches often have pretty good reasons for not doing something that seems very obvious.

But in the case of our offensive coaching staff, I think they're just a bunch of stubborn nitwits.

Make no mistake, Romo is going to infuse life into that 2-7 team. He's gonna want to prove himself to be their hero, their savior, their missing piece. Key to this game? Make Romo look bad. This is a team that is desperate for a win, they lose one more game and their season is probably over. Their only hope right now is getting their QB and leader back. Make Romo look bad, hit him early and often, create turnovers, and by NO means let this game be decided by a possible game winning drive by Romo.

We need to start fast, we need to control TOP, and most importantly, we need to score more points in the RZ. Our RZ efficiency must improve. Also to be noted: Our starting field position on offense has been abysmal these past 2 games. That needs to change.

Yes.....and we can control TOP by effectively running the ball. Against any very good QB we face in the coming weeks......we can help negate their impact by running the ball and keeping them off the field. Have to eliminate negative plays and run north and south as well.

I think we have a chance in this one if we learn from our past mistakes.

Why is it that key players that are injured for a period of time come back when playing Miami? LOL
Megatron (a clutch catch for them to win) and now Romo ( which I feel he will torch our D) and I am sure there is more players that I cant remember that has come back when we play them.

I think it was said that Luck will be back for our game. Then you have Edelman who may be back by the time we play NE.

Run the ball, and play aggressive Defense. Romo will be rusty but how much it will effect him is the question. Let's do this Miami.

We're going to blow these f'ers out. All about momentum. Romo will not make it through the game.

IRVING -- Suffering a second concussion in five weeks caused Cowboys weakside linebacker Sean Lee to miss his first game of the season on Sunday.

Head coach Jason Garrett said Monday that Lee passed concussion protocol and should be able to return to practice on Wednesday.

Lee, who didn't practice last week, was on the field stretching before Sunday's game in Tampa.

"We are optimistic," Garrett said. "We will take the situation day by day."

Cowboys WLB Sean Lee has passed through the NFL's concussion protocol.
He'll practice on Wednesday and should be all systems go for Week 11 against the Dolphins. Through eight appearances this season, Lee has 66 tackles, a sack, and an interception. His return is big for Dallas' defense. Nov 16 - 4:24 PM

Look like Lee will play also.
