Im not sure I would want this for obvious reasons but how sick would it be (as far as a slap in Rex Ryan's fat face) to trade for T.O? Somehow if we can get him for crap just like they got Edwards. I think that would be pretty sick.

Why would we trade for a rental player? Not only that, a rental player that would be a team distraction. Dwayne Bowe would make much more sense.
 
I dont think its good idea. IMO it will affect Henne's development since T.O. will be asking for the ball all the time. Henne might forget evrything Pennington taught him such as not forcing the ball and taking what the defense gives you..:confused:

I agree 100% Its just my payback mentality kicking in. HA! Id much rather have Dwayne Bowe too.

We're winning with what we have. Just took us 2 games to get to come together as a team. I exclude the Colts game cause that was ours to win, but Peyton Manning is this decades Dan Marino and can beat any team by himself :) If we don't go to the Super Bowl I hope he does.

I was just thinking the same. Play the Colts and Chargers with this same kinda game plan (through and through) and we are probably sitting 4-1. Atlanta
 
I don't think we're gonna trade for any big name receivers and heres why

-We run the ball out of formations where tight ends line up at receiver for most of the game, (We'd be paying way too much for a player to just be sitting on the sidelines)

-This staff prefers to address needs through the draft

-Patrick Turner has the potential to be a #1 type receiver, he just needs to progress more until the coaching staff believes he's ready, he doesn't have the speed to make him an immediate threat, he's not that type of receiver, he needs to run crisp routes and learn how to fight double coverage and getting open. Picking up a new WR would only take away from Patrick Turners progress

-T.O. will never play in Miami, he's not a team player, this team is all about TEAM PLAYERS
 
I make a motion that ANY thread that has the words T.O and Trade in it are just DELETED automatically.
Can the Mods just do that?
