Let me tell you what I just made in preperation for the LSU game tonight.
You take green or red peppers. Cut a slit in them and spoon out all the seeds and guts.
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, diced sun-dried tomatoes, chopped basil leaves, Tony's seasoning, a little olive oil, salt and pepper, and a pound of crab meat.
Take that mixture and stuff it into the hollowed peppers.
Then, take bacon and wrap it around the suffed peppers. Usually two slices per pepper. Take a toothpick and stick it in the bacon to keep it on the pepper.
Grill those babies for about 10 minutes or until the bacon is done.
Mmmmmmmm!!!! They were good.
