OK guys, being down here in Australia I'm acting as a messenger here, but I'm a member of a "Dolfan" Facebook group and thought I'd share this with you;

They just posted this which I thought may be of interest to those going to the game on Sunday...Cant wait to see what it looks like on the TV!!;

"Dolfan BanditsMiami Dolphins: Ok! DolFans! We Need Your Help Big Time! For Those Who Are Going To The Game, "PLEASE" Bring A White Towel Or A White Hankie.. Lets White Out The Squealers Terrible Towel, And Bring Back The ( Horrible Hankie's ) There Are About 10k Plus Fans Coming! Spread The Word Let Other DolFans Know To Bring White Towels Or Hanki...e's Make Alot Of Noise We Are All On The 54 Man Roster.. GO FINS! 4LIFE! PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD.."

I'd love to be able to take part in this, but if you're going or know someone thats going pass it on and give the Steelers some of their own medicine!.....Get LOUD people!!!! :lol::lol:

when i read the title i thought this was going to be a thread about how we should give up and go for the pick, you know, waving the white flag? :lol:

Yeah, a white towel makes it look like we are waving the white flag on the season. :lol:

in the 80s they used to always give out the white hankies to the fans. we always had the white towels waving at the games. it was tradition. it kind of died out after shula left

I didnt really like the idea of the white towel for the same reason...Like waving a white flag!...lol.

Daytona Fin, I think thats what they're trying to get back....I think someone referred to it as the "horrible hankies" or something like that!...lol

if by chance any of you watch hockey, the home crowd usually waves white towels in the playoffs. doesn't mean anyone has given up on anything.

Hope we get a better turnout than last week or it will just be a few white towels in a sea of empty orange seats.
