Take away the ACC's BCS bid!

Prior to the season, the ACC was ranting and raving how the Big East shouldn't have a BCS bid after they took VT, BC, and Miami away from them.

Well, look at the standings. No ACC team ranked in the Top 10. And West Virigina is sitting pretty probaly about to go into the Top 10.

By the ACC's logic their BCS bid should be taken away from them! Hey, if your gonna talk the talk you better WALK THE WALK!

Im not gonna sit here and claim the Big East is a better foootball conference than the ACC. Not by any means, but when you go out of your way to try and damage another conference and put it under (not by stealing teams, I get that) but by trying to screw with their contracts and financial deals, like their automatic BCS bid.....then you better be able to back it up.

The Big East, are you serious? After West Virginia lost to B.C. there goes your only viable candidate. Or perhaps to show how sorry the league has become, a once mighty Syracuse team just lost to Temple. To say the ACC should lose its automatic bid is just flat out dumb, cuz if West Virginia was in the ACC they would be looking down the barrel of a four loss season easy.

Who has WV beat?>??? Theres 7 freakin teams in the Big East, they shouldnt have an automatic BCS bid.

Its a shame that teams like Texas and Wisconsin will be left out of the BCS and WV gets an automatic bid and they havent beaten anyone.

BCS stinks and hopefully this is the year that its realized when Texas gets left out.

Miami will beat whoever they play in a bowl game and they will probably face a big East team

The Big East is a joke. West Virginia, which is one of the two decent teams in that joke of a conference, lost to Virginia Tech, an ACC team, and BC, the other decent team in the Big East. The Big East does not deserve a BCS bid, and the team that goes to the BCS will be stealing a BCS bid from a team like Texas, Wisconsin, or Utah that actually deserves to go (it's very unlikely that more than one of those three teams will go to a BCS bowl.)

Right now it looks like these will be the teams in the BCS:
USC
Oklahoma
Auburn
Michigan
Virginia Tech (although I doubt they will end up winning the ACC, they still have Virginia and Miami on their schedule)
West Virginia
California
Utah

MikeO this was foolish thread.....u are better than this....FSU is 8 and 10 in polls with um 11 and 13....vt ranked as well...while W. Va probably 3 rd best in state....big east is and always was a joke..

Just to clarify, BC will more than likely get the Big East BCS bid. They have Syracuse and Temple left (both at home IIRC). They win those two, and they're in.

Miami will win the ACC bid after they beat Virginia Tech. Miami screwed up big time losing to Clemson and North Carilona. They should of easily disposed of those teams. The winner of the Big East is going to get their a$$es handed to them in the BCS. On the other hand if Miami or Florida St. represents the ACC, one of them can easily beat any other BCS team left. I personally hope Auburn loses because I want to see USC-Oklahoma in the National Championship.

One last thing, if Utah goes undefeated they deserve a BCS. They would of dominated the Big East this year (not the ACC). The ACC is better then the Big East by far!!

Both the ACC and Big East have been weak this year. But the difference is the Big East is going to continue to be weak for years to come.
