Seriously
QB
>Tannehill
I think Tannehill is at least as good as some of the second tier QBs like Flacco or Eli. But I don't think he will ever be Brady or Rogers, not that we need him to to win. Also I like Moore, but only if he is cheap
OL
>Albert
>James
>Pouncy
I like Satele but he doesn't really fit and Fox and Turner might be worth looking at next year, and Garner is pretty **** and hardly good enough for a backup guard.

RB
>Miller
Williams is worth keeping, but I haven't seen anything that shows he is better than replacement level.

WR
>Landry
Landry is the only one worth a damn. I like Hartline but he doesn't fit into the system so he and Gibson have to be cut. **** Wallace, but we have to keep him for one more year due to his contract. I haven't seen anything from Matthews or Hazel to show they are above replacement level. It is hard to believe this is the highest paid WR unit in the league

TE
>Clay
>Sims
Both are solid players and Lynch and Gator might as well come back to try out for the backup spot.

ST
>Denney
>Fields
**** Sturgis

DE
>Wake
>Vernon
>Shelby
>Fede

They all have shown me they are good enough to stay, but Wake is aging and Vernon is slumping

Tweener
>Jordan
>McCain
I would be willing to trade Jordan, but otherwise he is decent enough to stay on the team. Vernon and Misi could be on this list but they make more sense in their normal spots

DT
**** them all, they are all replaceable, this unit fell off a cliff

LB
>Jenkins
>Misi
>Trusnik
Tripp is worth keeping for development and we are stuck with one more year of Wheeler before we can cut him. Everyone else can go. Preferably get a MLB so Misi can go back to the SLB/Tweener role, but I don't see anyone coming up in this draft that could do that. Trusnik is worth keeping for ST and depth.

DB
>Grimes
>Jones
>Thomas

Delmas and Finigan are too much of an injury risk to keep. You could maybe make an argument for Aikens, Taylor, and Davis based on potential

Coaches
>Lazor
I like Coyle, but he is replaceable and our defense folds hard in the clutch. Philbin is very replaceable

So that is only like 22 players worth keeping on the whole roster.

I would seriously entertain offers for Wake. I know that's not popular around here and Hickey really hasn't proven how good he really is at drafting talent...but Wake's value is not going up, it's only going to go down from here.

Trusnik? Really? I can't wait for the day we have enough talent on defense where we can boot Trusnik and Jimmy Wilson off this team. Trusnik may be OK on special teams but when he had to fill in he was awful.

I like the potential in Aikens as a Safety...I would also keep Taylor. Grimes, Jones, Thomas, Taylor and Aikens...everyone else can pack their bags.

So your telling me only 31 players need to be replaced? Awesome.

Well you can't get rid of all of them at once but there definitely needs to be an upgrade for most not on his list.

Keep in mind we replaced Solai with Mitchell who is invisible. At least Solai was an animal and disrupted a couple plays a game. Solai asked for too much money, He had to go.
We need a true NT that can push the pile and create havoc and opportunities for the other guys.
I believe that is part of the problem with this defense.
The second problem is that we have no true MLB.

On offense, our guards suck. Need some big strong uglies that can run.
