Talking heads in cali thinks dolphins a landing spot for jimmy😭

Stuck in cali so most of the coverage is the niners.. they seem to think dolphins is a viable landing spot. Makes absolutely no sense. We have invested too much in or for Tua. #2 jimmy is a frustrating qb. Cant imagine this place after he throws one of his usual picks at a critical point in the game. #3 Tua is a better qb
These talking heads are just getting annoying. They are bored and stupid. This is pointless and makes no sense considering he's not great, but injury prone and miami already has teddy as the back up

Jimmy Garoppolo is better than Tua. He’s taller and has a better arm.

Jimmy G is not a great QB but you can win with him.
gross GIF

Jimmy going to Cleveland and Cleveland sending Baker to Niners makes more sense

Jimmy one year in Cleveland increasing his trade value on a SB quality roster

And Baker would leave with the understanding that he would be moved the following year

Nah Tua is even at this point while having a much higher ceiling while costing 18 million less all while not costing additional picks.

Yeah, the so called experts again naming and believing a player might become a Dolphin not because of actual information, or maybe unbiased rumors, but because of of who our coach is and their biased beliefs on Tua...Lazy and dumb reporting.

As far as Tua throwing one of his do called Usual INTs, in 2020 ll season long Tua rarely threw an INT until the final game, and most of 2021, that is being coached to be more aggressive by coaches, while getting little time. An actual OC will allow him to use his accuracy and anticipation more, while having a better line, those usual INTs will be less common in 2022.

The Tua we should have seen in 2020 or more accurately 2021 if we had had better coaches on Offense will be seen in 2022.

Meh we got our guys in Tua and Teddy (T and T). Gonna be a team with our new offense.

Jimmy Garoppolo? Why in the absolute hell would Miami want Jimmy G-string? I wouldn't even take him as a backup at this point, let the kid Thompson do it and even if you are talking about replacing Tua next year it ain't Jimmy that's for sure, it will be a 1st round draft pick.

If Jimmy would've been a free agent, sure i would've signed him over Teddy B for the same contract to be our back-up, but A) i aint trading **** for him B) at this point we'd still have to eat Teddys contract if we got rid of him, that would be dumb dumb dumb. If Skylar straight up snatches that back up role from him, thats one the thing, but we aint cutting his ass to add a similiar contract or more

Those experts are doing the same thing some here do in of-season, particularly pre-draft/FA. 'Miami will get two top OLmen' or 'Miami is a perfect fit for Earl Campbell.' Only difference is they have deadlines they have to fill

Tua and Jimmy G are basically the same QB with regard to ability and durability. Jimmy G has playoff experience while Tua is younger, neither is terribly impressive thus why pay 18 million extra?

The better question is why didn't the teams actively pursuing a QB get Jimmy G? Seems he's not that in demand at this time and if he was coming to Miami why not bring along with Mike. Lastly and most importantly the front office specifically went after a coach that had a plan for Tua seems unless TT is seriously injured TT is the unquestioned starting QB for the Dolphins. Be nice to place these types of conversations in the same place common sense has been sent.
