Tank Williams?

Supposedly Titans SS Tank Williams is a free agent. Am I out of the loop or something because I haven't heard his name being tossed around a lot. He has great size (6'3"/223) and is a solid hitter. Not the best in coverage, but let's be honest..most strong safeties aren't. Why aren't more teams going after him? Does he want a lot of money? Or did he already sign somewhere and I'm an idiot for not knowing?
