Can't believe some of the evaluations you guys are making after opening up the season with two of the most difficult games any coach, qb or team could begin the season with... Can Gase, bench Tanne posts are ridiculous... I can't believe there are fans that legitimately expected wins on the road in these two environments and are now upset and want to start the fire sale... ****ing ridiculous ... Give it some time . I can already see positives with this new coaching staff in comparison to the old regime... Tannehills second half yesterday was awesome against a solid D... Last week a victory was in grasp in one of the toughest environments to play... And yesterday I think the old regime woulda packed it in... These guys kept fighting... So get off the ledge folks, it's gonna be ok

I agree with you. Didn't expect a win yesterday to start with, The first half Pissed me off but the second half was encouraging.

Just curious, do you think if Garop was healthy we would have had that comeback shot? I think the Pats would have put up 50.

Sadly, I agree. Even though I think there are mitigating factors that make me less upset about that (namely, the inexperience of our new DC), we just couldn't stop them.

Agree, I had them losing both games on the road when the schedule was released. This week is the first real test of the Gase era, a must win home opener against a young rebuilding team with a new coach starting its 3rd string rookie QB facing 0-3.....

No. That is a direct indictment on the defense not being good enough.

Not all on the defense, if the offense is not generating points, time of possession or at least putting the Pats in poor field position then its both the offense and defense that's not good enough....

I'm with you as far as not overreacting, but lets not forget the game 1 a few seasons back of the previous regime that got beat up vs NE in the first half, only to come out pouring on the points in the second half to win the game. That was a good showing.

I saw no life until the QB went down, thats alarming all around. If we crush Cleveland next week it will be nice but meh, almost like beating a college team and I want vg pro team victories.

I agree with OP.

Many of you are so unrealistic with your goals it's crazy. New coaching staff, many roster positions turned over, and you expect 11-5 season? Get real. It takes time for a new coach to build a winner. This is not madden.
