Tannehill excited about Lazor's offense other notes from our QB

Offense and play calling are two different things. We also didn't have the personnel to simple plays like screens. It seems like there were no easy throws in the offense for the QB and I think the fact that our lineman couldn't get out in front of the play to block prevented some of those play calls. Still showed a lack of creativity by Sherman.

Clay, Clabo, and believe it or not Wallace, blocked well on screens but, not the guys we needed. Not being able to run at all killed us with 2nd and 3rd and long cutting the play book way down. Opposing D's gained a half a step on the pass rush by disregarding the run. JMO

I'm hoping that Lazor picked up a bit by watching Philly run block. They were through the ceiling with a grade of 100, while we had a grade of -67.
