"But none impacted the game more than this: The Colts sacked Tannehill six times, and hit him once more. That doesn't even count the leg whip by Indianapolis defensive end Erik Walton that left Tannehill hobbled Sunday.Dolphins teammates marveled about Tannehill's toughness post-game. One said that he could barely catch his breath in the huddle after some of the hits.
"Well, I don't like it," said Tannehill, who left Sun Life Stadium with his entire left leg wrapped. "I don't like getting hit. That's where we're at right now. We'll have to find a way to protect and get the ball out. "
Tannehill's body wasn't in the best condition even before Sunday's carnage. It's no surprise; he's been sacked more times (183) than any NFL quarterback since 2012.
Then there's this: Late last week, there was blood in Tannehill's urine, multiple sources tell the Miami Herald. The cause and severity of the condition was not known, but obviously, that's not good

Sacked 183 times in 4 years.

All his fault right?

There is absolutely no point in playing him against the Patriots. No matter how much Tannehill may insist on playing, Campbell has to sit him down.

Agreed. Enough is enough. Dude was pissing blood BEFORE today. Sit him down and let him start trying to heal up.

But hey the guys doesn't care about winning...:bobdole:

I don't care who you have in mind to replace him but if you put him in Ryan's shoes back in 2012. I would lay money down that they don't survive to this point.

If I was Tannehill I would want to be on the first train out of Miami. They have showed no interest in providing him any protection and at this point it would be best for his own health to let someone else be the punching bag...

Obviously he has to learn to pee better...overcome this blood thing and adapt to passing blood everytime when he pees. This is what great QBs do...just a little blood...nothing serious...guy just brings it on himself. Frightening isn't it?

Then the haters will say he's a puss.

Right, haters?

Of course, Tannehill will, if benched, once again fail to throw 7 TDs, 550 yards passing (with zero YAC), and smite New England righteous.

Wow. Just imagine the expectations if he had a real team.

He was pre med so he probably has some idea. Usually pee in blood is an indication of bladder or kidney infections or stones.

Agreed completely, this is no longer about football.

they signed a left tackle, secured a pro bowl center, drafted a right tackle in the first round, and added 2 guards in the draft. Just because the oline stinks does not mean they haven't invested resources in the unit. I would argue over the last 8 seasons no unit has received more resources invested towards it then the oline. Clearly we suffer from poor talent evaluators and coaches.

Correct me if I am wrong but I dont think Matt Moore has taken a single snap in the regular season yet this year? Give the kid a break and sit him down in a TOTALLY meaningless game. He has taken a beating all year

Trade him to the browns in the offseason.

Damn. glad he is still relatively healthy. Tough kid, professional guy, good for him.

To the posters who trolled this thread with "hater will say...." Etc. shut up. You call everyone a hater. I'm a "hater" and I have never questioned his will, or durability etc
