After this New England game (7th of the season), Tannehill will have been sacked 32 times this year. That pace is for 73 in a single season. This would put him 2nd on the all-time list behind David Carr (Houston 2002) with 76. And Houston was an expansion team that year.
There's plenty of reasons for this, from Tannehill's poor pocket vision to our porous offensive line.
After watching the sack numbers pile (and 6 in this last game), up I was just curious to see where it stacks up historically. So right now... on pace for 2nd worst of all time.
