I see it locally from kids to adults. I see it in the media in interviews, articles, and a few commercials, and I see it on forums with countless threads and posts. Ryan Tannehill is the new face of the Miami Dolphins franchise.

I can't say that we've had one since the days of "Dan The Man." The last time the team tried to sell us on faces was in 2008 when "The Big Three" of Tuna, Ireland, and Sporano were to be our saviors, with their pics plastered in newspapers and on huge billboards. I'm sure this will work out much better.

If Ryan can take the next step up, he will own Miami. I really hope he does. We need another sport's hero.

Ryan's popping up for interviews all over the place and doing a solid job. The fact that he is a clean cut articulate guy really helps our somewhat tattered image.

this franchise will NEVER EVER be faceless... too many have brought greatness to the Aquamarine/Orange/White... this 'season of despair' will end, someday

He has gotten much better at media appearances. This year he seemed so much more comfortable riffing with interviewers. He has shown some charisma that he didn't really show early on.

He really has, and it really does help our image. To me, he appears to have more fire in him. If that's by age or some help from Marino does not matter but, you can see and hear it in him. I cannot wait to see his play, as well as leadership this year.

Just a heads up

You can only listen unless you live in S. Fla but they will probably have a tape of this up on the site in a few hours.

still dont see any kind of personality from this guy.

Manzeil has personality. Maybe we could trade for him, so we have some better..........personality.

Cripes what a joke. Screw the personality. Feaking Eli Manning has two rings and he has the "personality" of a door knob.

I was thinking the exact same thing. it seems like he is having fun in interviews and other appearances lately. I definitely think this is a big step into him being a bigger leader with the team in the locker room and on the field. I cant wait!!!

Ryan was asked about losing some of the receiver corp and said "who's ever left we'll roll with them"
Said a lot more comfortable in Lazors system as the season went on and the team just needs to get over the hump. Stock answers but he delivered them well.

Another solid interview.

I liked him giving some credit to Miller, and his looking forward to a long off season working with Bill Lazor.

One good thing I heard from former Phin Sam Madison. Lazor said, during the season, that Ryan was getting comfortable in his O, and said it's my job to make him uncomfortable again by giving him more to take in. That was great to hear. RT has a ways to go with Lazor, and can't wait to see that combo this year.
