Ryan has dealt with many deficiencies during his time as QB here. Do ya'll believe this is the best offense he has ever had going into this season with the weapons we have around him?

I am of the opinion that execution is more important than pure talent, and that Adam Gase is trying his best to surround Tannehill with hard-working smart football players who show up early, work hard, know what they're supposed to do, and do it. But yes, this is probably Tannehill's best offense. Let's hope it plays out that way.

First real TE yes. He’s never played without Landry so that will take some getting used to. Being in Gase’s offense for a second year should help as well.

If he doesn’t produce Miami needs to move on next year.

Thinking back, the offense changed when we went to Moore and Cutler.
The QB taking off and running wasnt in the playbook. I think that is a huge part of RTs game and it need to be called early and often to start the season.
Also RT was deadly on the rollout passes.
I can envision that play going to our new TE for big yards.
Add that to the all the other possible combinations

Yes, this is by far the most complete set of offensive teammates RT will have ever played with.

For starters our TE spot has been arguably the worst in the NFL during 17's tenure. Almost to the point where your surprised he hasn't complained. Gesicki is a night and day upgrade. That alone is an offense changer.

With Drake, Stills, Grant and Parker in their primes, there is no room for complaining there.

Laremy Tunsil needs to step up. I think he will.

The leadership guys like Amendola and Gore bring will far exceed the salaries we are paying them.

I always thought Tannehill would have been at his best in an offense similar to what Gary Kubiak ran with the Texans. A zone blocking run scheme, lots of play actions bootleg roll outs with simple reads.

I agree with all these points and can’t help but wonder how Dustin Keller would have worked out if not for that career ending hit to the knee.. I hated to see that happen to him

On paper easily yes. A lot of question marks though with guys like Kilgore, Wilson, gesicki, gore (due to age), and Amendola. Guys like sitton, drake, stills, and grant are all guys I junk we can count on to perform well. Could be just marginally better than last year but has potential to be really good.

I am curious how much we will see Tannehill in the run game. I think that the coach may give him some leverage if a play breaks down, but not sure we will see many called RT runs, especially early in the season. I sure hope he is able to keep that mobility even if it just to extend a play. Maybe throw a jump ball to Gronk 2.0.

I do think this will be his best offense. The veteran leadership will help to elevate the play of other position players. Even though this will be his second year playing in Gase' system, he is smart and will certainly have the offense and playbook down pat while rehabbing year.

Ya he was a good player. If he wasn't damaged goods the NYJ never give up on him. He should've had a better career. I am not complaining because it would've been at our expense.

Offense's now a days need a TE threat. You can live with RB and WR's by committee, which I am not saying we have, I like the entire skill position set across the board right now. Like many other's my concern's come first and foremost with our OL.

Miami Dolphins fans should know better than anyone the value of the TE position. It's been this franchise's achilles heal......both offensively and defensively.
