im not sure bout all of u, but it was obvious to me that this years team is a very close group and r really enjoyin playin wit each other. when joey threw the td pass to randy, who was the first one there to great both of them........daunte. and when the back up guys would make a nice catch or do something good, there was randy half way off the bench wavin his towel and screamin, which also shows randy is startin to take on more of a leadership role with this team. these were some things that just jumped out at me and impressed me.

smells like team spirit

It does certainly seem that everybody is on the up-beat with the notable exception of Manny Wright. And I actually think with a little family time under his belt and getting a handle on his depression, he will wind up contributing on the field this year.

This is quite possibly the best NFL situation Manny could be in at this point. There's a high class organization, a team that is really coming together, and a coach that is really committed to him, and has been very supportive and understanding. I'm amazed that Nick is willing to go the extra mile for him. He must really see some talent. I think its pretty unlikely Manny has a successful NFL career at this stage. I just hope he can get himself together. WHo knows, he could get things under control and realize his potential.

I think Big Daddy will mentor Manny and things will be okay!

I think Wright doesn't need any mentor for finding an excuse to miss TC. Both are weak and could unbalance the actitud and control enviroment that the team is getting acustome too. I don't like this signing and Wright clock is ticking, he better get his stuff right or go make some soup operas or something. GO DOLPHINS!! :dolphins:

thats good to hear. Randy was a bad seed that obviously has grown up. Hopefully it will happen to some other young guys with problems like Vick and Manatee Wright.

Manny will be mentored when he chooses to allow himself to accept this situation. As for the rest of the team.... The past 2 seasons has been amazing as far as attitude. I just love the fact that guys all over the NFL want to come here now. We are a team that is considered by the guys who actually play the game... a contender.. a top caliber team. Lets the pundits say what they want. But when players want to come here.. it tells you all you need to know.

Wait!!

Don't get me wrong!! i hear you my friend, i lov what is happening in the Dolphins org, what i'm trying to say is that we can work with young minds and kids, but went they are men with a lot of cash and nothing to proof, that's went we need to think or re-think the signing. For example the fat a*** free willie, this guy just want to jump in the bandwagon a to be handle a ring with no comitment to the org or anything at all, just his name and Fatter ego. He could posibly take away 2nd chances on one to many kids in the Miami org that are trying to make a diference in and out of the Dolphins org.GO DOLPHINS!! :dolphins:
