Team releases Vickerson; Kelley Washington to visit

I thought Vickerson had potential. But with all the young DTs we have he probably would never see the field anyway.
 
OK, I thought I had a small idea of what we are trying to do.

Now, I have no clue. Can't wait to see what other surprises we come up with.
 
Wow! This is a sign that MIA has high hopes in Manny and Rod Wright, as well as Fred Evans.

I'm thinking more and more that Big Daddy is going to be on the roster come opening day. I even noticed that MIA has not re-signed Traylor either.

But of course, if Traylor is re-signed...then I would think that Wilkinson is cut right after.
 
i dont get this i thought vickerson was a real good dt ? is this washington guy any good at wr ? i sure as hell hope add a really good receiver in the draft not through f/a we need speed and youth at wr not another meicore receiver. all in all though we must be going to completly rebuild our oline and dline which i dont really oppose.
 
I knew there was no way we could keep all that young talent on the roster. It would be too crowded with Fred Evans, Manny Wright, Matt Roth, Rodrique Wright, and Kevin Vickerson. Someone had to go sooner or later, but this still comes as a small surprise to me.
 
Vickerson is the least surprise to me out of the bunch. He keeps getting injured and Fred Evans is better. We will see the fruition of Rodrique hopefully this year. What a steal if he shows up!

Washington was a top pick years ago was he not? His character was only thing in question i think but its not like we have heard anything. Bengals are a character prob team so thats got to be why they are dishing him. He never played much as far as I could see.
 
What ever happened to WR Kelley Washington. The last thing I remember about him was that he was drafted really high by the Bengals (1st or 2nd rd pick). He was a high prospect coming out of college. There was concern as to a neck injury he suffered in college, but despite he was taken high by the Bengals. I beleive he had one good year their with the Bengals, but I never knew what happened after that.

And most importantly he wanted to be drafted by the DOLPHINS!

I believe at one point he stated he grew up a Dolphins fan. That could be one of the reasons he's coming in. But I do know he wanted to be drafted by us badly!
 
Seems like a fifth WR/ST type. Improvement over Cliff Russell, nothing more.

Branch is looking like more of a consideration at #9.
 
Hmm? Maybe MIA really "is" bracing themselves for either Branch, Quinn, or Okoye after all?
 
gosh i thought u meant miami was meeting with the entire Redskin squad. "team meets with Washington".

but i like the addition of Washington. im kinda trying to figure out how our draft will go...if we sign Washington, Porter, and an OG....then we probably wont draft an OG, OLB, or WR....so that means...CB??
