I guess bringing in a motivational speaker or speakers is now on the list. I never knew that would be considered a detriment to a team.
With that in mind, I'm bringing back a month old issue with an article. It may shed some light on why this is a good idea. Keep in mind as you read the article that this team has these newly acquired players
