Sorry but Steve Smith and Ginn are built completely different. Evans I could maybe see though. I'd like for Ginn to become more like Harrison though. Catches everything, and is seemingly always open

Steve Smith is way stronger, way more compactly built than Ginn. Maybe a good comparison would be Desean Jackson of the Eagles.

...just like Quentin Moses has the exact same physical tools...size..speed..etc...to be just like/or better than Jason Taylor too...

....just like Channing Crowder has the exact same physical tools...size...speed..etc...to be just like/or better than Junior Seau too...

List all Miami players that are similar in size...speed...etc...to pro bowl or HOF caliber players....

i compared ginn with those receivers because there arent many GOOD #1 recievers that are ginn's size and have the same tools. good #1 recievers nowadays are much taller/bigger targets, and are more physical than ginn. it wouldnt be fair to compare ginn to larry fitz

Hopefully, Ted Ginn = Joey Galloway.

That would be probably the best we could reasonably hope for as Galloway has had a pretty nice career (minus the hold out year in SEA).
 
i would say desean is a better comparisons as well. i hope we can compare him to marvin some day. he wishes he was steve smith - and so do all of us. not even close there - he doesn't display half the strength or tenacity smith does on every single play.

it seems like his progression is coming along - judging by the OTA stuff i've read - but i will reserve judgment until the season starts. just going on what i've seen so far. year 3 is usually where receivers get it together - if they ever had it to begin with.

glenn's pretty close too, X.
 
If Ginn can be like Marvin..WOW,,but doubt it Marvin is a HOFer receiver that has skills that cant be taught..so we should stop comparing and just let Ginn be Ginn IMO
 
Ginn reminds me of Jerry Rice. Just faster, smaller and can't catch or run routes as well.
