1.Tannehill better start after being drafted in the top 10.

2.Yes, and that may mean Murtha or Martin.

3.No!!!!!

4.Yes,yes ,yes

5.From our QB, Long and Dansby

6.Hopefully Baccari Rambo enters the supplemental and the Dolphins go high and acquire him. Jones is the other starter, but Clemons may have matured some.

7.They already have.

8.Yes, very well.

9.It won't much.

10. Yes, of course.

10. Can Joe Philbin, who is a first-time head coach on any level, command the locker room?
Question that would be answered during the season

9. How will the switch from a base 3-4 defense to a base 4-3 scheme impact the defensive front?
We've had decent depth at this area of the football field, I don't think it would be as horrible as it seems. It reality it was almost like a front 4 with Wake rushing nearly every pass play, we had him on the outside quite frequently. If we can get respect (which means hold calls finally going wakes way) then it could significantly help our ability to get to the quarterback, a MUST in today's NFL.

8. Can the Dolphins defend tight ends?
I hope so, Lol. We brought in a young linebacker who specializes in covering TE's. Bringing in a Missu TE will be great practice for him this offseason.

7. Can the Dolphins improve on special teams?
Keeping impact depth players will help tremendously. Jimmy and Wallace I feel should be great with their growth in this unit. (if Jimmy isn't starting this year, i'm curious to see how we use him and how his camp goes. I have high hopes for this kid)

6. Who will occupy the two starting safety spots?
^ hopefully Jimmy is one haha

5. Where will leadership come from on this team?
Ryan Tannenhill has already reached out to players and helping his WO's with the playbook and routes. I'm very impressed with the way he took command out the gate...He's definitely showing what it takes to get it done. A winning attitude most definitely

4. Do the Dolphins have personnel to make the west coast offense work?
We drafted and brought in quite a few receivers late in the draft and UDFA's and a veteran pick up this offseason. I'm sure we will get a better picture of this come training camp and how well they do with the playbook.

3. Did Miami find Cameron Wake a complimentary pass rusher on the opposite side?
3rd round of the draft hopefully will be a win for Miami here

2. Have the Dolphins fixed the troublesome right side of its offensive line?
2nd round + the retirement (THANK GOODNESS) of columbo turnstiles is an upgrade anyway you look at it.

1. Who will start the season at quarterback?
Tanny!! He knows the playbook, has the talent, is showing leadership characteristics. The answer to this is completely on Philbin...Hasselbeck, and Rodgers all sat but it was because they were behind a HOF quarterback...not Miami's case at all. Rookie quarterbacks are proving to make an impact starting right away. He's the 8th pick, make it happen

What about...Who is going to be a #1 WR for this team??? Hartline...funny....

Questions

10. Can Joe Philbin, who is a first-time head coach on any level, command the locker room?
I strongly believe we finally made the right choice here, but we may not see it in wins and losses year one.

9. How will the switch from a base 3-4 defense to a base 4-3 scheme impact the defensive front?
Not much. We need a true middle linebacker, but in some ways we already had the talent for a 4-3.

8. Can the Dolphins defend tight ends?
Can anyone? There's a reason Green Bay has five on their roster. These guys are mismatches in the NFL.

7. Can the Dolphins improve on special teams?
Kick return game should be better with Lamar Miller probably starting out there.

6. Who will occupy the two starting safety spots?
I think the secondary needs major upgrades, but for now probably Clemens at one spot. Maybe the guy they signed from Minnesota (forgot his name).

5. Where will leadership come from on this team?
Long for sure. Others will need to emerge.

4. Do the Dolphins have personnel to make the west coast offense work?
Getting there pretty quickly. Some pieces are missing such as pulling guards. Maybe John Jerry has that ability -- I think it's a make or break year for him. Still probably need a #1 receiver, but want to see what these young guys can do. David Garrard and Ryan Tannehill are good fits as are the offensive draft picks.

3. Did Miami find Cameron Wake a complimentary pass rusher on the opposite side?
That's a big question for sure. Olivier Vernon might be. I like the guy from Missouri (Smith) as an undrafted free agent.

2. Have the Dolphins fixed the troublesome right side of its offensive line?
Right tackle yes. Right guard not so sure. I think John Jerry has the athletic ability to be what this coaching staff needs. If not, guard becomes a need moving forward.

1. Who will start the season at quarterback?
David Garrard. I think he's a better fit in a WCO than Matt Moore. I hope Tannehill sits for at least half a season. Next offseason the Dolphins can bring in more talent on offense (better guards, perhaps a #1 receiver).

Yea but our 2 could be Nanee, then Bess in the slot as possibly the top slot wr in football. Then our 4 will be gates who can play the "#1" position as well. Then you got bush who can also line up in the slot in an empty backfield. Then Cunningham, Wallace, 7th rounder, Egnew, Fasano, Clay, I think we will be alright. Also Hartline is underrated.

Naanee will be lucky to make the team. Bess top slot in football...seriously? Gates caught 2 passes last year, and you think he can be a #1? He has 1 route...the 9...that's it...and he isn't a second Wallace or Jackson.

10. Can Joe Philbin, who is a first-time head coach on any level, command the locker room?
We'll see as the season goes. However, I do feel we have the right coach finally. I was never happy with any since Shula,

9. How will the switch from a base 3-4 defense to a base 4-3 scheme impact the defensive front?
We might actually be better. I've thought we personnel better for the 4-3 vs the 3-4 the last few years.

8. Can the Dolphins defend tight ends?
Let's hope the change in the defensive sheme helps. We should be putting more pressure on the QB.

7. Can the Dolphins improve on special teams?
Yes. IMO we have a coaching staff that can actully put a team together. I just never saw that in Sparano.

6. Who will occupy the two starting safety spots?
The new DC has stated he doesn't paly FS and SS. He plays two SSs primarily. This will allow for us to play the two best safeties.

5. Where will leadership come from on this team?
QB, Long, Dansby, Bush

4. Do the Dolphins have personnel to make the west coast offense work?
Yes. Yes. Yes.

3. Did Miami find Cameron Wake a complimentary pass rusher on the opposite side?
Hope so. They picked up a mulitple number of players. Keep the best and continue to look to improve.

2. Have the Dolphins fixed the troublesome right side of its offensive line?
Both guard positions could be question. I'm hoping the young backups can step and be athletic enought. If not a draft need next year.

1. Who will start the season at quarterback?
Moore or Tannehill, with Devlin as 3rd or PS. I see Garrard being cut.

Wes Welker and Victor Cruz retire this offseason?

While Miami is weak at WR I am not down on this group as much as some others are. They aren't outstanding but they aren't terrible. Hell we went 11-5 in 2008 with a far worse group of WRs!

The offense Philbin wants to employ doesn't require a traditional #1 WR. It's about creating mismatches and trying to exploit them. Hopefully we won't see the great disparity in thown to we saw last year with Marshall and the other receivers and closer to what we saw last year with Green Bay.

Marshall was targeted 145 times which almost doubled Bess' 83 and Hartline's 67. Compare that to Green Bay's top three targeted with Greg Jennings' 101, Jordy Nelson's 96 and Jeremichael Finley's 93.

he only played in 12 games this year so that slightly skews that data. and if you don't think greg jennings is a traditional #1 receiver in this league you're crazy
