Multiple sources tell me that Terrell Williams is the Dolphins' new defensive line coach. Was DL coach of Raiders from 2012-2014.

He did a great job developing Mack last year. Let's see what he's got in store for Dion. Hopefully Dion will answer to the LB coach from here on out, though.

as long as he comes in and has knowledge and is ready to WORK... i'm happy. lets develop and get this going.

I'm not saying you're wrong but how do you know that he's no good?

i didnt say that just doesnt excite me and the raiders dline was full of washed up guys on their last legs...i also dont give him much credit for developing mack...i think that's more about mack the player than it is the coaching...but i was a big mack fan coming out last year...his off the los game did need development saw more 34 olb no projection and more solb early downs in a 43 off the los as a projection

i'm not much of a fan of anything on that raiders coaching staff

I would guess because the Raiders are crap
Oakland have had very limited talent and they bought some veterans near retirement last year, but that doesn't mean that he can't coach. Rodgers was good at developing talent but the D-line underperformed in the second half of the season. Let's see what Williams can do with more talent.

Finally hired someone! I called Joe last night he hired someone...lol. Just kidding.

Was he fired from the Raiders or something?

Jump from the Raiders to the Gators, after a month you say NVM.... off to the Fins?

Williams had this to say about being a defensive line coach and his passion for the position.

“Obviously, if you coach in this profession, you would like to be a coordinator, you would like to be a head coach, but I'm a defensive line coach first and foremost,” he said. “I don't care if I was a coordinator. I don't care if I was a head coach. I'm a defensive line coach. I played defensive line. I've only coached defensive line. I'm not a quarterback coach. You won't ever see me coaching offensive line. I'm a defensive line coach. I believe in it.”

Guess where Williams was before Oakland? Texas A&M under Mike Sherman

Honestly don't know much about him. He was a fast riser as a coach in college going from Community College to FCS to the MAC, to the Big 10 to the Big 12 then he went to the NFL. Oakland had some okay D-Lines were functional under him and he wasn't given much to work with.

While in college he would do summer camps with pro teams to learn more including working under Gus Bradley/Dan Quinn in Seattle and Mike Smith/JDR in Jacksonville so he's a guy who seems to constantly be trying to improve
