Texans' Fans Respect

They sound more hopeful than anything.....it brings back memories of last year when we were 0-4 thinking we could the win the next game no matter who we played.

I think Ricky finds the endzone in this game. I think Ronnie also hits pay dirt twice and the Dolphins D is going to be near perfect on Sunday. I don't think it's going to be a close game at all.

Mario Williams will be facing Jake Long. Mario is not known to be a speed rusher but more of a Bull which is the type of Matchup that Jake Long does best at. If we manage to have the offense out there on the field for most of the time then we can take this home.

1. Offense needs to win the Time of possesion battle.
2. If the above is met then our defense needs to play relentless.
3. Our ground game needs to work in order to win the game.
4. Minimize mistakes
5. Let Ginn return the ball please.

We've got this one. We better anyways.

then next post says
yeah chad Pennington is going to pick our sorry defense apart. That being said, i think the offense can put up some points, but its got to be through the air, the fins have proved they can shut down the best of running games.

Some of them are waaaaaay to confident. and have us losing like 37-10 NOT GONNA happen all of games with the Texans are close. I cant wait till sunday

A lot depends on how we manage to defend Andre Johnson.

After seeing what I've seen from the Phins secondary, if I were the Texans' offensive coordinator I would throw it deep to A.J. atleast 5 times. Just throw a jump ball. Worst case scenario is an incomplete pass, because no one in our secondary is going to pick it off over Andre Johnson.

That's the biggest thing that scares me. I just have flashbacks of the Cardinals game going through my head.

This game still scares the sh*t out of me, I hate playing teams with a chip on their shoulders, especially at home. Like Leib mentioned all depends how we manage AJ. We have already proven that our DB's can not run toe to toe with a true WR threat. And our Safeties have a tendancy at times to misplay the route.

IMO, they key to victory is going to be line control, we need to put alot of pressure on their QB. Dont give them any time to look downfield. And hope that when they do throw downfield that they overthrow the receiver.

These are keys for any team to win a game.

The Cards had 2 Andre Johnsons, huge difference imo. The only passing attack we face that comes close to Arizona is Denver.

Arizona was a horrible match-up for us, the Texans are closer to our match-ups with the Chargers (Still very dangerous, but we can swing it)

The biggest difference isnt the skill set guys, its the O-line. SD's Oline is way better than Houston's.

By no means do I want to come across as overconfident, because this WILL be a tough game for us, I just think if we use a similar gameplan to the one we used this past weekend, we will keep it close.

exactly. we need to make sure we dont give the QB time to do so.

We match up well against them. This game should not be too difficult to win because we will physically outmatch them. AJ is their only threat And Slaton can prove to be difficult as a receiving threat out of the backfield. but as far as running we got this. I would not be surprised if we have twice as much time as them on the final T.O.P clock. Im looking at 31-20 FINS

I think we are finally gonna beat the texans. Their run defense isnt all that great, and i dont know if you noticed but ronnie is having a pretty good stretch right now. Andre johnson is a concern but is anyone really afraid of matt schuab, or sage for that matter.
the cornfed Colossus matt roth has a huge game.
