Teyo is an intrigiung player and although we seem pretty well off at TE, I would still like to see Teyo make the team. Johnson played Wr in college and although he is only an average runner(4.7ish), he is a nice target on pass plays and will be a monster in the redzone and on routes over the middle. He may not be the complete TE but he would be beneficial to have as a TE/WR lining him up in the slot. Do you guys think he has a good shot at making the team? You gotta love his measurables and hope he can stick to the roster. Do we normally keep 2 or 3 TE's on the active roster?

man i hope so him and r.m. should make a hell of a team plus throw in justin peele and we have some talent at te.....

Seiously, we are real deep at the TE position... all guys are real talented.

i think they he is a great athlete. my friend is a raiders fan and said he never lived up to his potential in oakland

isnt teyo faster than 4.7? and why did we resign alex holmes? mcmike, pelle, and teyo is a great core we should of used the money we spent on holmes else where.

to be quite honest im more interested in seeing what Peelle can do, heard some good things about him..

He is a lock to make the team- I read in an article this week that it was Houck that really pushed for signing him due to his blocking.

Teyo Johnson ran a 4.61 at the combine. At 6'5'' 247lbs that is a great time. The only reason he isn't one of the premier tight ends is because he has a horrible work ethic. I think that Saban will change that around and he will finally evolve into his full potential.

it would be real hard to cover McMicheal and Teyo.....
