broken a glass bottle in my eye than continue to watch that wanna be NFL football game.

Sorry guys, but that was just plain bad. No way that is indicative of the team but WOW. If I were TS, I would just plain cut someone in the locker room in front of everyone to make a point. These guys better wake up and realize that this year is going to be 10x harder than last year. We are on the "right" path IMO in terms of turning around the losing mentality this franchise has had for some time now but really have a long way to go.

Offense stunk. No rhythm whatsoever... Offensive line was a joke.

But the Dolphins defense dominated after the weather delay.

Move on.

Preseason. Means nothing. Didn't even watch. Just a bunch of guys trying to make the team. Not a big deal. Let's all settle down and circle September 13th on our calendars.

i think we will be fine in the end. u gotta realize it was pretty wet so that could be part of the reason for the sloppiness, but also its only preseason. the team isnt actually revealing its offensive playbook now, so even though yes i agree and i think most fin fans will, this game was tough to watch and this is coming from someone who can watch the fins anytime whether there 10-0 or 0-10 with the same enthusiam, its just one game and when we start in 2 weeks vs the falcons i believe r players will be pumped and ready to make a run to defend r division title and hopefully something better.

I just went to the Atlanta board and they are laughing at us.

They all say we stink and they'll blow us out in their house. Like Arizona did to us in their home opener last year.

Can't really blame them.

if those fans actually think that we stink based on tonights game, they will be in for a real suprise come sept 13th. i dont no when people r going to realize pre season means absolutley nothing. the clinching evidence was last year when the lions went 4-0 in the preseason and u no the rest. bottom line is those fans can think what they want but we will have lots of suprises for them come the 13th.

I completely disagree. While yes it is "just" preseason, by the third game you expect to see some rhythm in the offense and defense. We had NEITHER of those. It was plain awful. This isn't a case of a player or two having a bad game so we should cut them. The whole team, with the exception of hartline (for the most part), played pretty damn bad. When I say bad, I mean they didn't even execute some semblance of fundamentals at times. It was THAT bad.

While I am certain it will be different come opening day, I just don't see what the coaches can really take away from this game other than what I mentioned above.

At minimum, I hope nobody got seriously hurt.

how can you say a preseason means nothing when you learn so much about every player you have? It is the win/lose thing that means notihing in preseason.

Our starters played almost 3 quarters and the starting O-Line almost the whole game. I'm guessing from your answer that even the starters are trying to make the team..

You cannot use the weather as an excuse. We play in S. Florida for gods sake! If this was 20 below zero and in 10 inches of snow, then yes, I could see that. Weather was a factor from the standpoint that the field was wet and so were the ball but we practice in it and the players are very familiar with rain. It is a non issue or should be for our guys.

ur rite they do practice in it but still dosent make it easy to play in. that being said, ur rite they shouldve looked better, but wat my main point was, is that its one stinker of a game and that all it is, is preseason. rather us have that stinker now then in week 1 or beyond.

I just took a crap.

We now have similar experiences.

Falcons fans shouldn't be laughing if they think preseason matters, they lost to the Lions and against the Rams they made Brock Berlin and Kyle Boller look good.

In the words of former Bucs coach John Mckay....

"Our offense couldn't have scored against a stiff breeze"....
