That game on Christmas Eve should have sealed the fate for a blowhard coach and limited QB. Now Terry get the next hire right and dont let Russ Bandon tell you who to hire (ala Rex)

the good ones don't come around very often, as both of our teams can attest

Merry Christmas and while I find you a delightful forumite, I hope your Bills keep Rex and Tyrod as it satisfies my own selfish agenda of continued Bills mediocrity. However, I wish you all the best in the process - whatever that process may be.

Tyrod sure seems like a decent QB to me! I only see him when he plays the Fins, though, maybe he saves his best for us.

Sorry, but I too hope Rex stays for our sake.

Merry Christmas and in every other area - especially the important ones like family may you be happy and blessed.

Your welcome!

As much as I hate to say it, you definitely need a new coach.....although I would prefer you keep Rex AND his brother....hehehehehehe....

Merry Christmas!

He's a first read, deep bomb thrower with incredible mobility. His read and run style while almost completely ignoring the middle of the field becomes a huge limitation. He does throw one of the best deep balls in the league IMHO though

Tyrod Taylor would thrive under a coach like Gase. I think he has all the physical tools - similar to Tannehill.
Rex has never had a hand in developing QB's or running QB friendly offenses.
With the right staff, Buffalo is not that far away from being a very good team.
They will likely go 8-8 with the Ryans. The limiting factor is the coaching.

Good game Billsfaninpeace . That was a hell of a game yesterday and just happy we got out of there with a win.

Of course I'd be lying if I said best of luck in getting a good hire. I hope you guys screw it up again (sorry not sorry).

If Coughlin wasn't so damn old I'd say that'd be a great hire. should be interesting to see what you guys do

You can have Taylor. He is extremely limited and at his ceiling.
