Some positives are developing with the Raiders taking Norv Turner away from us. It seems Norv's intentions are to continue raiding the AFC east for his remaining staff.
First he takes Jimmy Raye from the Jets for the offensive coordinator post.
Now it seems that Norv wants to take Eric Mangini away from the Patriots.
