mosley roughing

****ing kidding me on that call. He didnt do anything illegal
 
2 chances now to take the lead. The Vernon play and the INT that was nullified by the Mosley hit. Don't be shocked if Miami loses by 3.
 
That was a terrible call. It's the only place you can hit a QB hard anymore. May as well eliminate the blindside blast (like the play that caused the safety) - that's far worse.
 
Two chances at takeaways and nothing.
 
Totally clean. Football sucks. Can't hit the QB.

and could have been tied going into half time.
 
Hewitt is a lagit line backer but we don't start him because we're clueless about player evaluation and offensive play design. Two of our biggest weaknesses.
 
He launched himself. He left his feet to hit him. He didn't need to either. Was the right call by the word of the rule.

I replayed it several times later......helmet did make contact with Bradford's helmet - in my mind a great tackle with unintentional collision of helmets but we all know the flags are gonna fly to protect the skirts.
 
I still don't know why they blew the play dead during the return. Normally they let the play finish after a roughing the passer call.
