1. He'd have to learn the playbook/offensive system. Not impossible, but still....
2. He's not really playing very well this season--on a good offensive team.
3. He's older/slower now. This is the twilight for him.
4. He'd impede the playing-time/progress/evaluation of our current younger WRs.
5. This front office likes to play "their guys" and develop "their" players.
