I remember there being two major trades taken and many offered, lol. chzamp and kebo can give more on this, they did all the work here. We took some chances and lost some targets but no major ones in our opinions (give us yours, would you have not traded down and taken someone we missed?). And we gained two picks which is great considering our many needs. I think we would get almost a 100% rate of drafties that would make this team.

Does anyone think that any of the draft picks we have taken would not make this team? (just wondering)

UFA signings

In the days after the IMD Mock Draft, the Miami Dolphins have signed the following undrafted free agents.

Miami Dolphins

Jonathon Zenon, CB, LSU was signed to a undrafted free agent contract
Height: 5-11. Weight: 185.
Combine 40 Time: 4.56.
Pro Day 40 Time: 4.55.
Benchx225: . Vertical 37.
Projected Round: 5.

Chris McDuffie, OG, Clemson was signed to a undrafted free agent contract
Height: 6-5. Weight: 330.
Benchx225: 29.
Projected Round: 6-7.
A versatile lineman who can play guard and center.

Bernard Morris, QB, Marshall was signed to a undrafted free agent contract
Height: 6-4. Weight: 211.
Projected 40 Time: 4.68.
Combine 40 Time: 4.68.
Hand Size: 9.
Projected Round: 6-7.
Bernard Morris opened some eyes when he went toe-to-toe with West Virginia, going 19-of-29 for 256 yards and two touchdowns. I'm not sure if Morris will play quarterback at the next level, but he has the athleticism to engage in some sort of Brad Smith role.

Arman Shields, WR, Richmond was signed to a undrafted free agent contract
Height: 6-0. Weight: 194.
Projected 40 Time: 4.44.
Combine 40 Time: 4.37.
Vertical: 37.5. Broad 10.8.
Projected Round: 5-6.

Bobbie Williams, FS, Bethune-Cookman was signed to a undrafted free agent contract Height: 6-0. Weight: 212.
40 Time: 4.47.
Projected Round: 5-6.
Following in the footsteps of Bethune-Cookman alumnus and current Packers safety Nick Collins, Bobbie Williams is the best safety in 1-AA and is a interception machine.

Joe Fields, FS, Syracuse was signed to a undrafted free agent contract
Height: 6-1. Weight: 210.
40 Time: 4.43.

Mike Fladell, OG, Rutgers was signed to a undrafted free agent contract
Height: 6-8. Weight: 325.
Pro Day 40 Time: 5.46.
Benchx225: 23.

Bo Ruud -OLB - Nebraska was signed to a undrafted free agent contract
Height: 6-3. Weight: 235.
Pro Day 40 Time: 4.60.
Benchx225: 18. Vertical 32.5.
Projected Round: 7.
Bo is the brother of Tampa Bay Buccaneer Barrett Ruud, who is slated to start this season. In terms of physical numbers, Bo is a better prospect than Barrett, who went in the second round of the 2005 Draft.

Rocky Schwartz, SS, Houston was signed to a undrafted free agent contract
Height: 5-10. Weight: 204.
Pro Day 40 Time: 4.42.
Benchx225: 25. Vertical: 41.5.
Put up the most reps of 225 pounds of any safety in this class, with the exception of Arkansas State's Tyrell Johnson. Also managed a 4.42, which is great for his size. In 2007 the intense senior made a team-high 87 tackles, 27 more than any other Cougar. He also had eight pass breakups, three forced fumbles and two interceptions. He was hurt most of 2006 but had 114 tackles, 6 pass breakups and 1 interception in 2005 . As a redshirted freshman in 2003, he had 83 tackles (5 for a lost), and 3 interceptions.

Carlton Medder, OT, Florida
Height: 6-5. Weight: 319.
40 Time: 5.29. Starting right tackle for the national champs. Can play guard as well.

Chris Norwell, DT, Illinois
Height: 6-6. Weight: 290.
40 Time: 5.26.
