Do you actually want to see the Dolphins win a Superbowl?

Its a simple question. But I realize this may not be everyone's goal when being a fan of this team. And that's fine, everyone has the right to root for the team for their own reasons.

There is a segement of the site that has begun to whine at an increasingly growing rate becuase the fan base is refusing to fall for their pre-season hype agenda again this season.

I've often read the line "you don't need to apologize for being optimistic" but on the other side of the coin, if you want to see the Dolphins win a Superbowl and you know there is a fatal flaw that will prevent this from happening, you should just "keep your mouth shut or be banned from the site for negativity" - its hypocritical in every sense of the word.

For those of you that do want to win a Superbowl in the near future its painfully obvious that our favorite team has a tumor and cutting it out, should be the main goal in 2025, not sneaking into the Wildcard round.

There is a mountain of data below that proves we are being managed by a complete and utter failure of a GM. His exit is the first step in possibly seeing the team hoist the Lombardi in the near future.

Just becuase the "optimists" resort to insults and bullying to try to sway opinons, doesn't mean they are better than anyone, if you want to see a Superbowl in the near future, you also should not apologize for that fact. In other words...

You don't need to apologize for wanting to see the Dolphins win a Superbowl

If a down year in 2025 means Grier takes his leave or gets fired, that's the best thing that could happen for the Dolphins in 2025 in my opinon.

When a person has a cancerous tumor and refuses to seek medical attention, they will eventually die from it. Grier is a cancerous tumor attached to the Dolphins and he is currently killing any chance the Dolphins have of winning a Superbowl.

I will not apologize for wanting this team to fall flat on its face for the upcoming season just so Grier gets fired. I've had enough of his garbage.

And I give 0 effs what the homers think or say about my loyalty and fandom of this team. The fact that I'm still here invested in this team after all the garbage Flys right over their stupid ignorant heads!

All we can do at this point is let it play out, we know their methods and philosophies which have not worked thus far, they either hang themselves because they won’t change and weaver comes in soon .

Or they find a way to deal with the adversity and get this team unified

I want to Dolphins to win the Super Bowl EVERY YEAR. I would like nothing better than the Dolphins to win it all and make me look like a fool for stating my opinion on Grier and McGenius. I would be more-than-happy to be proven wrong. Sadly, I think this year is going to be a disaster. I think McGenius will not change, IMO he has "lost the locker room". Grier has built this organization for September/October wins but not December/January...when it's REALLY matters.

I'm not confident in either the GM nor the head coach to lead Miami to any meaningful success. All I can do is try to enjoy the ride and hope for the best. Definitely won't be purchasing any merchandise with player names any time soon. Also won't subscribe to NFL ticket....whatchagonnado

I'm listening to Joe Rose interview Chris Perkins right now, he said he's never seen a locker room so relaxed, no one is worried about losing their job, and mcdummy has literally delegated authority and responsibility to making sure players follow the rules to the ****ing SO CALLED CAPTAINS of this team. Mcdummy doesn't do it!!! WTF??? Our captains don't even follow the rules.

Perkins ripping the o line and depth of it too.

That’s all fine but I’m going to go ahead and look forward to the season anyway,

10-7, maybe 11-6, if injuries aren’t brutal.

Maybe they’ll get a good draw in the playoffs and win a game, maybe they’ll play at Buffalo and lose a close one.

It’s certainly great to see the offense invested in two new OG’s and a bruising RB to compliment the electric RBs it’s already had. I feel a lot better about the backup QB position as well. Major upgrade in pure talent there.

Really looking forward to seeing Chop Robinson take the next step and Kenneth Grant’s massive presence. Thank god for Seiler, what a find by Grier.

There’s obvious concerns in the secondary. It is what it is for 2025, it will be one of the main reasons we don’t win the Super Bowl. I’d still say there’s about a 50/50 chance we make the second round of the playoffs.

If Tua gets hurt week 1, 5-12 is a possibility. I’m sure that would put a lot of smiles on the faces of you non-Dolphins fans.

Maybe McDummy actually "had the locker room" to start with....

McDaniel seems better suited as an OC at best, although position coach would be his best fit. Not sure what it will take for the owner/front office to make the necessary changes. We as fans are stuck hoping for the best. Not a great position to be in. Frustrating

There is a damn good chance we will suck this year and if this Leads to changes in management I am all for it.

If we happen to "by a miracle" actually win and be contenders this year why would I be displeased about this? Winning always trumps anything else. Why else watch the games. Makes no sense to me.

And two of them (Armstead and Campbell) left.

Ok. First, spare us with that "non dolphin fan" bullshit.

Secondly that's fine if you look forward to the season, I am too. Of course for different reasons.

Intelligence is not needed for fandom.

The only way to decipher this post is that you’re saying you want Tua to get hurt so McDaniel and Grier get fired. You’re suggesting you don’t want Tua to play 17 games.

Which then makes your first sentence pretty ironic taking offense to having your fandom questioned.

Go ahead and tells us your not rooting for Tua to get hurt but you think he’s going to lose a lot. Which is something an intelligent person would ever suggest, right?

See what I did with my intelligence there?

Lol. Look at you putting words in my mouth. Cool story.

I want Grier and Mcdummy gone. However it has to happen is what I want from this team. It's that simple. Nothing else to try and "decipher"

So you want Tua healthy for 17 weeks and think there is a chance they get fired, if he is?
