How many QBs make that play? Because that was pure clutch, unfortunately ruined by the lol-line seconds later. I would think it takes a certain level of skill and grit to do that.

I want to see what Tannehill can do with an average line now. Because after so many years searching, he looks like he may be the one.

Our franchise quarterback.

If he 's still up for it after 80 sacks that is.

Should have scored a TD there if Gibson doesn't dive for the catch. It is just too bad we did nothing after this.

Looking at the replay again, Gibson's leap was completely unneccesary. He would have caught that in stride and probably went for a TD if he didn't jump like that.

What........just say no to drugs. If you can not see that T-Hill is the real deal, there is no hope for you, pure crazy talk.......come on Man

Manning would have won today.

Manning is a seasoned Vet, I'd expect him to win. Stats are numbers than can fluctuate as time progresses as well, seasons still early.

Completely logical to compare Tannehill with Peyton Manning. As if most other NFL QBs are similarly HOF worthy as Manning is yet Tannehill isn't.

Dan Marino would have won today too.

So you're saying Ryan Tannehill isn't one of the 2 or 3 best QBs of all time? Well, no, he's not. Unfortunately.

Ok, Luck would have won. That better?

Russell Wilson would have won too.

You guys need to take off your Dolphin colored glasses for a moment and honestly assess this kid. We're at the halfway point off his second season. Has he proven that he is a franchise quality QB? No, not yet. Has he proven that he is a total bust? No, not yet. What he has shown is that he has some physical tools and that he has an inconsistent game presence. There are certain throws that he needs much more work to perfect. He needs to improve his pocket presence. He needs not to be afraid to run with the ball when a lane is available. If at the end of next season he has not progressed from what we see in his game now then we will know that we need to go back to the draft and pick another QB in round 1. If he does progress significantly then we should celebrate Tannehill's success. It is 1.5 years people. Quarterbacks get three years to prove they can make it at this level.
