Cincinnati Bengals defensive lineman Jason Shirley has until Tuesday morning to appear in court or the warrant will go into effect, Superior Court Judge Brant K. Bramer said Thursday.

Bramer was prepared to assign a courtroom for Shirley's trial but said the former Fresno State player had to be present.
