The Best Mock Draft?!?!?

But Chad your nightmare scenario happened, we drafted a CB at 13 lol, did you have a full Rico moment there when he made the pick with Banks on the board?

I know it's a need. Would you be happy with Will Johnson?

Yes I hate taking a Corner but overall this was a cool video. And it's proabably accurate, everyone knows Grier does the opposite of what I would do and what should be done, so for accuracy, I'd say this is pretty spot on.

Sorry, I haven't been able to keep up. There is so much info on Finheaven, I don't have time to read every post. What would you do at #13?

As a fan of Big Blue, I'm torn here.

He shows good hips and ball skills (no @circumstances , still football), but I would be lieing if his questionable long speed didn't concern me.

Having said that, 40 times and game speed are not the same thing.

Is a couple tenths a deal breaker?

My dream picks are most likley off the board in Will Campbell & Armond Membou.

My top playmaker in the draft is Tet McMillan and with Hill on the way out, i couldn't pass up his talents at #13.

I love Mason Graham and Walter Nolan but it's doubtful any of these 5 guys mentioned slide to #13.

So it puts us in a very bad spot to be honest. This draft is really bad when you look at "top 10" worthy guys. In most drafts I have 12 to 15 players with this kind of designation, so pick #13 usually leaves you with at least one player with a great projection. In this draft there is only 10, the 5 listed above and Jihaad Campbell, Jenty, Hunter, Carter & Ward.

So that leaves me leaning towards Kelvin Banks or Jihaad Campbell at #13 but honestly a trade back would be ideal because I dont think there is a huge difference from the guys on the board at 13 and the guys that will be on the board in the early 20's.

It's not that I don't like the talents of the corners Will Johnson or Baron, they are okay, I think Baron is a slot Corner, which we don't need and Johnson might be kinda slow and suseptible to getting burnt deep at the NFL level. Both should be drafted in the 20's in an average draft class, but this drafts lack of those "top 10 graded" guys is pushing them up the board. Ultimately its the methodology I have a problem with. We have prioritized Corner over the trenches for 25 years and I just want to see the blueprint of how the team is built change.

So guys I'd be thrilled with: Jihaad & Banks

Guys I'd be happy with: Kenneth Grant & Derrick Harmon.

Guys I'd be okay with: the TEs Warren or Loveland

Guys I'd hate: any player in the secondary.

In a trade back I like Zabel and Simmons.

A big Johnson is always welcome.

Graham, Banks and Membou are my top picks. Then Johnson. I have like 20 mocks now and there are options for CB, DT, and Safety that I like way more than OL picks. But Connerly Jr is up there in my eyes. These are my last two mocks. One with a trade and one without. Who are your sleepers?

Too long only watched dolphins part and it’s an F for drafting a corner.

Only correct pick was Banks or Harmon if the board falls exactly how they pick. Also where’s Nolan? I skimmed through the video didn’t see him taken at all or as a ranked prospect.
