That is a BAD BOY! He's quick but I HIGHLY doubt that he can be a featured back but maybe a change of pace back. I would take him in a late round IF hes there. He can run the motion position in the Wildcat for sure. He reminds me of this failed project called Lorenzo Booker who relied to much on jukes and stutter stepping to get around defenders. Still pretty impressive.

Update: I have upgraded him to a mid to late round draft choice because he would solve our PR and KR problems as well as be a nice RB/KR/PR/WR project.
 
He was dropped out of discussion when he got injured.. Then all of the durability and size questions popped up... I think this is perfect however.... Dexter McCluster is rising fast on draft boards (especially with this strong Senior Bowl week), and I think it is a perfect decoy for some teams to fall for McCluster and allow Best to drop.
 
A' lot of draft sites draftnik's " like me" and scouts still think of this guy as a top 40 pick even with him getting hurt this year.

I just find it odd/funny/sad how most people on this site have a love fest with some guys and not others.

Anyways most people think of this guy as one of the top 3 backs coming out this year, yet no one talks about him here.

He's definitely under the radar a bit right now. The way he finished his season has a lot to do with that and I'm sure scouts/coaches will question how he will come back. Jahvid Best IMO is pretty similar to CJ Spiller and will likely go end of 1st round or early 2nd. If he somehow makes it to 43 the Dolphins should have plenty of interest.
 
i would like the kid if he fell 2 us in the third any sooner not a big enough need
 
I dont mind him and I can see where he could fit, but I wouldnt take him unless he fell to the 4th or 5th Round.

I'd prefer to go D this season.
