with the thrilling victory over louisville, west virginia is now in sole possession of first place in the big east. in 2nd place are rutgers and pittsburgh. maybe--just MAYBE--a BCS bid isn't necessary for these guys ;)

They should change the rules in 2007 when the BCS contract gets renewed. If Notre Dame is in the top 8 in the BCS at the end of the season and no big east team is in the top 8 of the BCS, then Notre Dame should get the Big East's automatic bid to the BCS.

The Big East ruined the BCS. Its going to be interesting to see what team gets left out of the BCS when some crap school from the Big East is kept in.

No way they deserve a BCS bid.
 
the big east is a joke, i say if they do keep the bcs to eleimintae the big east's automatic bid and replace it with another at large bid that way a no. 21 pitt or some crappy team like that dosen't automatically get to play a big game just because they won the horrible big east
