~LACUNA LEGIONS~
Even though I'm starting another one, this isn't based on why games get blacked out, but more about where these fans get off complaining about it....
Games get blacked out every season, and ever season we have these fans coming here complaining about them not being able to see the games on TV....
They cry about how pathetic our fan base is down here, yet do nothing to contribute to the cause. Should these fans be saying anything??? Afterall, they aren't doing anything to help the cause by waiting for someone else to buy up the remaining seats. I think the season ticket holders, or the fans who show up on a weekly basis should be the one's complaining about the black-outs....
How many times have these arm chair fans, who sit on their couches, ever thanked us, the fans who buy the tickets, for the blackouts being lifted???....ANSWER : NEVER.
I'm sick if these fans complaining. They shouldn't even be allowed to comment on the subject as far as I'm concerned. It's easy, either you pay for a ticket and get your *** to the game, or you don't get to watch it. If that bothers you, too bad. That's why they black the games out in the first place, to get the fans to get off their couches and go.....
I know I'm venting, but there's really nobody to blame for the games being blacked out other than the fans who choose not to go. If you live within driving distance, and don't show, blame yourself. Not the fans who do their part to keep it from happening....
You can merge this thread if you want. I also want to apologize to some of the fans I may have insulted here today regarding this subject. I just can't stand it when fans who are capable of going choose not to simply because they want to to sit at home instead....
PHINZ RULE!!!
