Brady Quinn has supplanted the incumbent Derek Anderson and will make his first NFL start tonight. I know that tonight, at some point, there will be the inevitable parallels drawn between Ted Ginn Jr and Brady Quinn. If young Mr Quinn performs well, some will claim we made a big mistake passing on him and the subsequent Ted Ginn Jr bashing will ensue. I just ask that we take pause, and relish the luxury we have. Two good QB's. When's the last time we could say that? Our quarterback of the future, waiting in the wings, Chad Henne. And our prize-horse for the immediate future, Chad Pennington.

Right now we have one good QB, we dont know how chad henne will perform. But i do expect good things from him.

No matter what Quinn does, i will still cheer and root for TGJ. I wont question his play, i wont call him a bust, and i certainley wont say it was a mistake to pick him.

He's a Dolphin, Brady Quinn isnt. End of story

I don't understand how some people can go on about Brady Quinn. We didn't draft him, get over it. I mean, c'mon there are so many other avenues we can go down but it's really all unecessary. Damon Huard should've started over Fiedler, Brees should've been picked over Culpepper, We should've drafted Anquan Boldin instead of Eddie Moore. The whole "would've, should've, could've" just gets silly. I'm tired of people always wanting to look back.

Screw Brady Quinn, and here's to the future!

Exactly. That's the whole point I was making. Let's just move forward.

He's looking pretty good might I add. Doesn't really matter though. Henne > Quinn

I wanted Willis (and still would); nor am I a fan of PFT and Mike Florio (although his "sources" seem to be getting more accurate when he's not editorializing or on his soapbox), but giving the devil his due, I thought this was pretty funny:
