That poor dead horse...

Am I the only one who thought this article validated that he struggles with the long ball? Very low % completed from 21-30 and 31-40, and the 41+ category is skewed since we never attempt passes from that range. Plus, beating out Fitzpatrick in categories like this isn't the most impressive thing in the world. But heck, even if he never gets that down, he can still be a decent checkdown qb.

Henne sucks and after he proves it to the rest of you guys this year, he will be lucky to find a back-up job somewhere else.

WOW. That's just a horrible article... He's got one whole completion at 41+ yards. It's only a high % because he only threw 3 passes at 41+ yards... Those numbers really only reinforce the idea that he's got bad accuracy on the deep ball. Talk about spin.

Will that change? Maybe, he does have some excuses (Dan Henning, lack of a burner at WR, oh did I mention Dan Henning?), but going by those stats, Henne really DOES lack deep ball accuracy. (So does Sanchez, but we already knew he sucks)

The Sanchez-Henne arguement looked to be finished, so they say, after last season ended. I think we see an unexpected turn of events this season. Or I could just say what WeVie said in attempt to get thanks from the Henne sucks crew.

Can we stop with this Henne vs. Sanchez debate already? Here's the bottom line, no matter what numbers you throw out to the masses, your own two eyes know the truth. Henne is just not a very good deep ball passer.

What was obvious to me from that is that Henne throws a lot more interceptions than touchdowns when he throws past the line of scrimage.

And Sanchez does just the opposite.....he throws more touchdowns than interceptions.

Touchdowns is how you score and win games in this league right? Sorry, Henne was solidly number 4 among AFC East quarterbacks last year.
