Was to see Rex Ryan's post game news conference.

Never in my life have a seen a coach act so immature after a game (well not since Buddy Ryan anyway, go figure). Giving almost no credit to the Dolphins, Ryan called the game an "embarrassment" said his defense was "horrendous" and was baffled about how they made "the QB look like Dan Marino". Grow the hell up you douchebag, realize that you no longer have the defense that Marvin Lewis and Ozzie Newsome built for you and when Newsome isn't there to fill in the deficiencies, you have to cover your own ***. No more riding the coat tails for Rex Ryan, this fraud is out in the limelight for good and it was the Dolphins who exposed him :up:

Hopefully the Jets fans are beginning to realize that this guy is nothing but an over rated piece of trash. But probably not, because they're just as moronic as he is.

How was he acting immature? B/c he was pissed at his D for playing like crap? he also pointed the finger at himself saying he didn't do a good job. Did you want him to say his D played great but we ran into the 1989 49ers? he was complimentary to henne, is Henne Marino? what is wrong about the statement he made?

He made the entire game about HE failed, about how HIS defense failed, about how THEY were embarrassed by a team they obviously consider vastly inferior. However the Dolphins are not inferior to the Jets, just like last year they weren't. In fact had the Jets NOT made the solid trade for Braylon Edwards, the Dolphins would by much better than the Jets. But hey, let Rexxy keep the illusion going, it makes the whole situation even funnier.
 
NYjunc you can't possibly like what went down in that presser? Ryan was about as unclassy as they come (like daddy) and thinks he's better than every other coach (like daddy) and can't handle the fact other teams have coaches and players and maybe they just flat out beat you...

I think it's in the Jets tradition to put a classless face on the franschise and Ryan will certainly do that for you. This crap started with his BS in training camp about the most physical team in the league blah blah without even plaing a down.

Just watch as see because your coach will throw his players under the bus in order to save his own hide -- just like daddy...
 
I've got a great idea....the Jets should hire Buddy Ryan (who hit an assistant on the sideline during a game once), and make him and Braylon Edwards stay in close proximity to eachother....then we can all take bets on who will punch who first! Fun time had by all!
 
Someone needs to put up a pic of Ryan where he has the "I don't know what the frig just happened" look on his face and his mouth wide open

The Jets are still in 1st place and we still have a losing record. Stop talking trash. Wait till we win the Superbowl then talk.

And the fraud of all frauds Rex Ryan acting like a crybaby on national TV was really the only embarrassment the Jets suffered last night.

Completely unprofessional. I don't even think that amount of whining could be duplicated if I became coach of the Dolphins.

It would be something along the lines of:

Reporter: How do you feel about your teams performance tonight.
SM16: "An embarrassment, our defense is complete garbage, Ted Ginn is a number 2, Chad Pennington can't throw, i can't believe we lost to the over rated Jets. What a sham."

Why would Ozzie insult Rex by passing over him to hire someone from outside with less impactful experience and authority? And then there's Atlanta and Parcells who wanted no part of him either. If after the verbal diarrhea he's been slinging for 6 months, the Jest end up tailspinning like they did last year, they're gonna need a lot of tar and feathers if that's what the fickle fans have in mind.

Because Ozzie knows any idiot can coach that defense so long as Ray Lewis is there, Ed Reed is there, Terrell Suggs is there and Ozzie himself keeps reloading the talent around those guys. Every single coach that has ridden the remains of that 2000 Ravens team to an NFL coaching job has failed. Marvin Lewis, Jack Del Rio, Mike Nolan and now Rex Ryan. Do i think these guys can't coach? No i don't. I just don't think they can't coach anything other than an established defense with great players.

He didn't say you guys were inferior but we had more talent before the Braylon trdae and we still do but you guys beat us.

I have no problem w/ what rex said. I actually like it. He was pissed, I'm sick of coaches sitting on their hands. he took the blame like a good leader should.
 
I love that Rex Ryan is the coach of the Jets. I hope hes there for a long time. Its like how the joker doesnt want to kill batman because hes to much fun to mess with. Well Rex makes this rivalry better because hes immature and he likes to talk to much.

which is why the Baltimore defense is struggling this year, right?

Rex is 3-2, I guess you have to be 2-3 to be considered doing a good job?
