Manning only has 72 attempts greater than 20 yards (four per game) all year and produces most of his offense with the short passing game.

It doesn't matter that Ryan isn't Peyton or the Donkeys WR's > Miami's WR's.

Look at arguably the 2 most prolific offenses. The Walsh led Niners & Martz led Rams. Alot of short & intermediate stuff. Al DAvis was OCD about speed & the vertical passing game. How did that work out after John Madden stopped being Oakland's HC?

Lazor is step 1 to fixing the offense. Now, the OL needs to improve, Gibson to come back 100%, and the TE needs a upgrade.

Ebron will be off the board & I fear that Amaro is a redux of Egnew.

O-line and Gibson are two big keys! Also, as you point out, the TE spot...but not just with receiving, the blocking from that spot has to improve as well.
