Should Perry get released, how long until Bill B scoops him up?
Then, watch him become the next Welker/Edelman type in Foxboro?

Aside from defensive backs, the wide receivers (and tight ends) group has the most amount of depth on this team. In the current state, the Dolphins have 13 wide receivers and 7 tight ends. In your opinion, who should stay and who should go?
Current Wide Receivers (choose 5-7)
DeVante Parker (CUT)
Will Fuller (CUT)
Jaylen Waddle (CUT)
Preston Williams (CUT)
Jakeem Grant (also return specialist) (CUT)
Mack Hollins
Lynn Bowden
Malcolm Perry
Albert Wilson
Allen Hurns
Kirk Merritt (CUT)
Robert Foster (CUT)
Kai Locksley
Current Tight Ends (choose 3-4)
Mike Gesicki (CUT)
Adam Shaheen
Durham Smythe (CUT)
Hunter Long (CUT)
Cethan Carter (also fullback)
Chris Myarick
Jibiri Blount
I agree with your wide receiver keeps. I'd add Shaheen over Carter at tight end.
Wilson and Hurns opting out could hurt their chances. I'd prefer Grant as a returner over Waddle. At least year one.

90% will be on team (might be traded)
Parker
Williams
Dead where they stand (traded or cut)
Hurns

Here's where the real betting action takes place (players ranked in order of likelihood of making team)
Bowden
Wilson
Foster (these two could go practice squad)
Perry
Yeah, not sure I want Waddle returning kicks either, despite the fact he’s electric at it. I’d prefer to keep Grant for that.I don't care how explosive Waddle is. I'd rather not see him as return any kick at all.
Save that duty for Bowden, Perry, or Ahmed.
Not sure if Foster is eligible for the practice squad.100% will be on team
