Miami re-signs Vernon Carey and Yeremiah BEll...

Miami in free agency lands...

Jason Brown center...
Gets DE- Chris Canty and LB Bobby Carpenter from Dallas

Miami releases Vonnie Holliday... and doesnt resign Crowder...Miami than gets WR Torry Holt from the rams to teach Bess and Ginn how to run routes...

Miami drafts

DT- Clint Simtin with the 25th pick...He plays the NT position..I also see them getting LB Brian Cushing...He will drop to us in 2nd rd...

Miami will make their solid team through via draft..Parcells isnt big on free agency..he loves drafting....so look for miami to have a solid draft...

are you sure you know who clint sintim is? OLB from virginia brother.
 
This theory is a little bit short of the real possibilities for upgrading our team during this off season.
I mean the Carey deal is feasible, and Bell is likely but there are another options for such positions.

lol not only is sintim a LB but theres no way cushing drops to the 2nd

Unless we trade Wilford, he's a part of our WR's core..unless we draft a stud NT or sign one in FA, Soliai will still be a part of this team.

boddin is the one corner I think we might sign.. I don't think all 3 db's will be brought back. Bell and Goodman have the best chance. Carey I think will be back. I'm watching what Baltimore is doing, I just don't think they let their center go to resign Lewis and Suggs, and Scott...but if he makes it out, that's the only other major FA signee I see..then it's complimentary players.

This is my problem with everyone thinking we sign Canty from Dallas, we drafted Merling to take over that spot, he did nothing last year to indicate he won't be the man either this year or next..so why sign someone long term who will keeps him on the bench? Stark is the backup at both DE's spots, unless we get a good FA backup or Draftee. I personally think we should resign Chrowder, but for OLB and find a stud ILB.. Scott is not that stud IBL, he's good at OLB. We will either give Scott good money or Chrowder..and still have a void at OLB.. unless we place Ayodele on the bench and have Chrowder and Scott man the ILB's positions.. That's a lot of money in those 2 players. Ayodele was more intintived in the pass D than Chrowder. Where I see our draft helping us, the secondary and OL.. maybe with another stud WR...

I don't know if we can address the DL in this draft unless we get really lucky, and of course that's possible.. those not on the top radar turning out to be another godsent to us..Langford, Bess, Carpenter, and Thomas proved that. They weren't on the radar last year and came in and made a difference.

Clint Sintim aside. i like your theory. I dont see the Tuna grabbing Tory Holt, he wont be released and will require draft pick compensation. But, that said, i do think we land a higher profile reciever in FA. My opinion it will be someone like Nate Washington. You cant go wrong with the Dallas to Miami pipeline producing more players...canty for sure. I do see us grabbinga corner ala McFadden or Jabari Greer
