The Eagles have reportedly contacted the Redskins about Lito Sheppard "several times" in the past few weeks.
Maybe the Birds didn't permit Sheppard to seek a trade, but that doesn't mean they're not shopping him. Philadelphia is said to have little reservation about trading Sheppard inside the division.
